French Macarons are a delightful dessert that takes skill and technique to get the perfect one! This is why they are so exspensive. In this class we will show you how to make the best macaron possible! As a bonus, they are gluten free!
PLEASE NOTE - This class is not recommended for absolute baking beginners.

WILL I GET FULL IN THIS CLASS?
Probably not.
You will be making plenty to take home! But this class is not centered on a meal. Baking is essentially chemistry, and this means it is heavy on instruction; it also means long baking times. There might not be anything to snack on well into the class. We recommend having a full meal before coming to class.
What Is Your Age Restriction Policy?
AGE RESTRICTIONS
At this time children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed to participate in ANY of our classes. No exceptions.
If you would like to enroll a teenager in one of our classes, a parent or guardian must be in attendance with him/her. He/she may ONLY attend baking classes, cooking fundamentals classes, and Saturday morning or afternoon classes.
PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENING CLASSES. All classes are BYOB and persons under the age of 18 MAY NOT attend evening classes - PERIOD. If anyone under the age of 18 arrives for an evening class, he/she will not be allowed to participate and monies will not be refunded.
